When I start my computer it immediately opens to my password protected screen. It used to open to the main screen where I would select my user name, then type my password. how do I get it back?

What does "it immediately opens to my password protected screen" mean? Can you explain further about what screen this is? Ronnie Vernon Microsoft MVP Windows Shell/User "bob4981"

Thanks for the reply. When I used to boot my computer, It used to open up so it showed all 4 user profiles. Then I would enter my password and log onto my user id. I am an administrator of the computer. Now it automatically logs into my user profile and opens up my home screen. I have young kids (who probably messed it up) I don't want them having access to my site. Who knows what other changes they could make. I would like to open up to the main screen that displays when you log off all users. "Ronnie Vernon MVP" wrote:

After you get things back in order, you might want to think about making your kids standard users rather than letting them have admin privileges. Kirk"bob4981"

Do the other three users still exist? Or did your kids somehow delete them? "bob4981"
