When I send an Email the copy goes into the Outbox instead of Sent Items . Under tools , options under "send" I have checked "save copy of sent messages in the "sent Items" folder. This had been working properly. We have Windows Vista Home premium .Jorine

You have a message stuck in the Outlbox, not that it is keeping a copy there. There are various possible solutions posted in this newsgroup on how to solve it."Jorine"

You haven't given us the full story. Are emails you send actually received by recipients? (That would confirm that they do get sent.) If not, what happens when you do a Send All? Any error message? Under Tools, Options, Send, do you have "Send messages immediately" checked?Gary VanderMolen"Jorine"
