Vista and Radeon 9250 or Geforce 6200

Hi ThereI dont know if this is the proper place to ask this but I recently installed Windows Vista, I have a Pentium 4 2.8GB 1GB RAM and a Sapphire Radeon 9250 graphics card. My Windows Expirience Index is 1.0 because of the Card. I want to purchase a Geforce 6200 256MB card, will that help Windows Vista to be faster, is the Geforce 6200 a good card for this. I know that there are many other cards out there but I cant afford to spend 120 or more right know.ThanksMichel
