Unable to receive stationery

Posted by admin on Sep 27th, 2006

Hellomy first time posting. I just bought a laptop w/Vista and I have a desktop with XP SP2 with the Office 2003 for Teachers & Students installed. I've been using the stationery option on my desktop for a couple of years without any problems, but after installing it on my laptop and selecting a stationery option, I find I'm unable to see any stationery when I email a message to myself. It always says "Unable to display image" (or something like that). Could it have something to do with the security settings or is there some conflict with Vista? I'd really like to be able to have stationery as an optionI tried several and was never able to receive any of them. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

In Windows Mail, open tools/options/security and select "Internet Zone". See if that works."NY Yankees lover" <NY Yankees lover@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message

I tried your suggestion and it didn't work. Any other ideas? Anybody?? BTW, where is this posted? I thought I was posting in a section that contained a lot of messages about stationery and when I went there to look, I didn't see it. The only way I found my way back here is by doing a search on my display name! (I told you it was my first time posting!) "Loopy" wrote:

I just wanted to clarify my statement below. When I said "I found it," I meant the website, not the solution to my problem. So please help!! I've tried everything I can think of and even searched the site for other issues similar to mine and implemented some of those suggestions, all to no avail. I would really love to be able to use stationery. Thanks again. "NY Yankees lover" wrote:
