Sned Messages Immediately

Posted by admin on Jan 26th, 2007

I do not have the function, which worked fine in Outlook Express, to allow Windows Mail to "Send Messages Immediately". Yes, the option IS checked on the Tools/Options/Send page.If I answer a question in a newsgroup and press the send button, the message remains in my "out box" untill I press Send and Receive All. Same if I compose a question. I am sending this from the web interface. Is this my computer, a bug what?Any fix or work around you can suggest?

Turn off email scanning of your antivirus software if you have such. See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 (same for WinMail).See if that helps at all. It should send right away.steve"Mugsy Nabru"
