I can't install my printer, I get the error message that I have to be the admin inorder to install. I am the admin, I am the only user of this computer. I purchased a new printer thinking that it was my old printer, same error message. Can anyone give me any help it would greatly appreciated. Thank You Dee

If/When you get it installed using the instructions Cari points you to, note the following there:Scanning with Windows Fax and Scanning NOTE: This feature works only with Windows Vista Ultimate, Windows Vista Business, and Windows Vista Enterprise. Was the old printer the same model?That might do it.
