Printing Pictures in Vista

Posted by admin on Oct 1st, 2006

I am trying to print pictures with Vista. I am going in to the picture, right clicking on the picture and choosing the option to print. When it brings up the picture, I go to select the paper type to something other than 'plain paper'. Whenever I select anything else, it defaults back to Plain paper. I have tried adjusting settings on my printer driver. Other programs allow me to make this change. Does anybody know why the paper type defaults back to plain paper in this application?

Hmmm, that's interesting because I believe the R1800 is supposed to have a special unit which automatically detects which type of paper is in the printer. Do you have the latest drivers from Epson? Cari (MSMVP) Windows Technologies Printing & Imaging coribright.com/windows"Ryan"
