Printer Preferences

When I select printer preferences. from the print menu, the preferences menu briefly flashes on the screen then disappears. I can't change my preferences. I have tried deleting the printer and reinstalling it but it doesn't make a difference.

Sorry about that. HP6110xi and it happens with any application that can print. I'm using the Vista native drivers."Cari (MSMVP)" wrote:

I have a HP 6110, and it does work, using the Vista drivers. I can open the preferences ok.The HP Director software doesn't work.I guess I would try deleting the printer, unplugging it, and rebooting. then try to install it again. ???"andy"
