I am receving the following message when I try to Log on to windows mail. Account: 'windows mail', Server: 'popserver.swfla.rr.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: 'ERR Authentication failed', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92This is the first time I am trying to access my mail.Any suggestions? karenT

You probably didn't choose a required authentication option, or did choose one you shouldn't have, when setting up the account. Doublesheck RR's specs. You may have to select/unselect "Server requires secure authentication" or whatever it's called in the account's properties. "Karen T"
