It won't automatically checking for e-mails

Posted by admin on Nov 19th, 2006

Grrr...I have checked the box in the tools...options...general tab for windows to automatically check for emails at startup. But it won't do it, nor will it check for new emails every 15 minutes like I set it as. Any suggestions? Getting tired of having to hit the send/receive button every time I open up my mail. Thank you for any help you may have.Betsy

That's a new one. Try removing the account, closing and reopening WinMail and then add the account back again. I suspect its something else though. What else is running in the background?steve"Betsy"

Also make sure that in the properties for the individual accounts there is a check mark in the box for "Include this account when receiving..."Gary VanderMolen "Betsy"
