importing iaf

I am trying to migrate from my old Win 98se machine to a new Vista PC. I exported all the accounts from OE as iaf files and copied them to the new machine. Windows Mail impoted the usenet accounts fine, but not the email accounts it says there is an error. Outlook does not seem to have a similar import facility. Is there a way round this? (Even if it means a different email client)Thanks

I tried the .IAF method but also experienced errors. In some cases I could clear the error by renaming the OE account using only alpha characters. Import seems to choke on characters like * and #.I finally wound up using Vista's Windows Easy Transfer to transfer all the email accounts, rules, and messages.Gary VanderMolen"Rob"

I will try renaming the accounts although they seem normal enough.The problem with WET is that it does not work with 98se :("Gary VanderMolen"
