I am just wondering...I have a new computer coming with vista on it would anyone know if my printer is going to be compatible with it? I have a Hewlett Packard P1000, Photosmart thank:)

Well I found out my HP Photosmart P1000 is not compatible with the new Windows Vista operating system according to the HP update driver site per HP site Vista will not support printers that are 7 years or older and mine was bought in 2000 what a shame because the printer worked beautifully and back then almost $500 was paid for it. I was lucky enough to get a hold of a Dell AIO printer that was compatible that a family member received and did not use but I can surely understand the frustration of some of us who just wanted to keep what we already have as far as what we were currently using. I am happy with my new system and DEll tech support is top notch for those of you thinking about purchasing a new Dell computer much faster than what I was currently using.
