I'm about 99% sure that it is very doubtful."poatt"

I use Easy CD Creator 6 on Vista. Works best if you preload the 3 updates required: 1.) Engine Update (Ver 6.2.0.111) 2.) Classic (Ver 6.2.0.134) 3.) Drive Support (du20041203.exe) After initial install, run the 3 updates ( DO NOT REBOOT ) after each one is applied but after all three are applied in series.Only install the "Core" component and not all the fluff/extras such as DirectCD ( Which is not compatible )."Kirk"

Today, Kirk made these interesting comments ... Sorry, replying to the person you're replying to, didn't see the OP.I had one MAJOR disaster on my hands when I first went to XP Pro SP2 because I was trying to run Roxio 5. It was crashing my system regularly and it took about 6 months to find the root cause. I am now running Roxio 8 which is a bloated POS, but I personally wouldn't advise trying anything earlier than maybe Roxio 7 if you want to stay with them on Vista. But, the best place to check is Roxio's web site. HP, aka Jerry

There is a minor issues with drag to disk and has a patch to disable until they revise one of their drivers. Even if you don't install the patch Easy v9 works fine, just has an annoying nag screen from our favorite pest, Vista.
