Cannot see the e-mails in my inbox or any folder.

Each folder that has new emails is bolded and with a new count (of new mails that are in them). I can't see any emails... the messages inventory screen is completely blank. It will know when I have switched between "Junk Mail" and "Inbox" for instance, since the menu icons on the top respond accordingly and include or exclude the "Not Junk" icon, as it shouldCould you help me???Thank you, Monica
