Can't send mail with Windows Mail.

I have tried all the answers given on this topic. I get an error message; Relay access denied', Port 25, Secure(SSL); No, Server Error: 554 Error Number: 0x800CCC79. Any other suggestions?

    "MeanGn" That's not an OS issue, that's an error from your ISP. Apparently, you're connected to a network that uses a different ISP than the one your SMTP mail server is located on. Some ISPs reject "relayed" mail, i.e. mail originating at an ISP other than your own, on the belief that it is spam.
